noxDesigns is looking for experienced and dedicated professionals to manage tendering, estimation, costing, and bid-submission activities for interior, exterior, façade, civil, structural, and MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:
Searching and reviewing government, private, and e-tender prospects
Studying BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents
Preparing cost estimates, rate analyses, technical bids, and commercial offers
Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Preparing and submitting online and offline tenders within deadlines
Managing EMD, tender fees, BGs, documentation, and compliance requirements
Attending pre-bid meetings and preparing tender-related correspondence
Maintaining tender records and following up on submitted bids





Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and rate analysis
Experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and tender documentation
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Experience in construction, interiors, façade, civil, or MEP projects will be preferred
