Experience: 4+ Yrs. & Above.:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT infrastructure and networking solutions.
Understand customer business needs, IT environments, and technical requirements.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue growth and profitability targets.
Identify upsell and cross-sell prospects within existing accounts.
Build a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
Work closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
Coordinate with project delivery, support, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
Conduct regular account reviews, performance check-ins, and renewal discussions.
Keep up-to-date with trends in IT infrastructure, networking, data center, cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
Analyze competitor offerings and provide strategic input for positioning solutions.
Participate in technology events, industry conferences, and customer briefings.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
