Job Description: IoT Technician
Job Summary
As an IoT Technician, you will be responsible for the physical creation, testing, preparation, and field installation of our smart devices. This role requires a balance of workshop-based assembly/soldering and field-based deployment and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Device Assembly & Soldering
Assemble electronic components, sensors, and enclosures according to technical schematics and guidelines.
Device Configuration & Testing
Flash firmware and configure software settings on IoT devices using computer interfaces or mobile apps.
Conduct quality checks and functionality testing on completed devices before shipment.
Maintain accurate logs of device IDs and configuration settings.
Packaging & Inventory
Securely pack completed IoT devices, ensuring all necessary accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware are included.
Assist in managing workshop inventory, tracking components, wires, tools, and packing materials.
Deployment & In office Installation
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education: ITI (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related trades) OR Diploma holders (ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation).
Technical Skills:
Robust hands-on experience with soldering irons and electronics tools.
Ability to read easy circuit diagrams and hardware layouts.
Basic computer literacy (running configuration tools, using Excel, flashing firmware).
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, disciplined approach to quality control, and willingness to travel for field deployments.
Compensation & Job Details
Probationary Period: 3 Months
Salary during Probation: ₹12,000 per month
Growth Path: Depending on Individual Performance and business growth permanent employment can be considered.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
