About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Drone Technicians to join our growing team. Applications are invited from both freshers with a passion for drones and electronics and experienced specialists with relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect drone components against the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Assemble complete drone systems, including airframe, motors, ESCs, flight controller, GPS, cameras, antennas, batteries, and other payloads.
Perform soldering, wiring, cable management, and mechanical integration.
Configure and calibrate flight controllers, radio systems, GPS modules, telemetry units, and other onboard electronics.
Conduct functional testing, calibration, pre-flight inspections, and quality checks.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, electrical, and assembly-related issues.
Maintain assembly records, test reports, and production documentation.




Ensure all drones comply with quality and safety standards before dispatch.
Assist in prototype development, repairs, maintenance, and field testing as required.
Maintain tools, equipment, workstations, and inventory in a clean and organized manner.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), ESD practices, and workplace safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications
ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Freshers with relevant academic projects, internships, or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of electronics, mechanical assembly, and wiring.
Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, and the use of hand tools.
Familiarity with multimeters and basic electronic test equipment.
