Position Overview

Seeking an experienced EDI Support Specialist to support and maintain EDI integrations, ensuring seamless communication between systems and trading partners. This role operates during standard U.S. Eastern business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot EDI transactions
Maintain and optimize EDI integrations
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Monitor system performance and ensure reliable data exchange
Assist with EDI mapping, testing, and implementation
Support ERP integrations such as JD Edwards

Basic Qualifications (required)
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience




3+ years X12 EDI experience (850, 855, 856, 810)
Understanding of AS2 communications
Experience with EDI HQ or other translation tools
Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards
Familiarity with SQL and VB Script
Solid technical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a global, quick-paced environment
Understanding of database concepts and SQL
Experience building cross-functional relationships
Self-starter with project ownership
Solid prioritization skills
Familiarity with U.S. and Canada ordering cycles
