Required Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act, etc.
Robust documentation and audit management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Experienced will be considered in Distillery/Ethanol industry._
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR
Additional certification in labor laws or compliances will be preferred
