We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Organisation, specializing in sourcing and placing technical talent for major projects across the GCC/Gulf countries.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients for technical and managerial roles in the Oil & Gas industry.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and project developments within the GCC Oil & Gas, Power, EPC/Construction/Infrastructure, Healthcare market.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment is essential.
Domain Knowledge:
Proven experience in recruiting for the Power, Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, or heavy engineering sectors is highly preferred.
Skills:
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Familiarity with the e-Migrate system and international recruitment compliance is a plus.
Education: A full time Bachelor's degree is required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
