Provide remote troubleshooting and technical assistance.
Handle Doctors support calls and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-up.
Ensure timely closure of support requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain documentation of support activities and customer interactions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
