Gaurav H Jain & Co. is looking to expand our team. We have openings for the following positions:
Accountant — Salary: Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 18,000 per month
Intern — Stipend: Rs. 5,000 - Rs. 9,000 per month

Location: Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant and a motivated Intern to join our firm. Both roles involve working on day-to-day accounting, taxation, and compliance work for our clients, in a qualified CA firm workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for clients (purchase, sales, journal, bank entries)
Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Assist in TDS computation and return filing
Assist in preparation of financial statements (Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet)
Coordinate with clients for data collection and query resolution




Assist in Income Tax return filing and audit-related work
Documentation, data entry, and general office/compliance support

Requirements:
For Accountant:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions
Good communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in an accounting/CA firm preferred

For Intern:
Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalent
Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
Willingness to learn and work in a team setting
Basic computer skills (MS Excel; Tally is a plus)
