Key Responsibilities:
Lead the bakery and pastry operations, ensuring high-quality standards.
Develop innovative desserts, pastries, and bread offerings tailored to our luxury clientele.
Manage the daily production, ensuring consistency and creativity.
Train and mentor junior bakery staff.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus and specials.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
Proven expertise in a variety of baked goods, from classic pastries to creative desserts.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for creativity, presentation, and premium customer experiences.
Ability to work in office at Pawna Lake, with shared accommodation provided.
