Digitron is hiring Technicians - CCTV & Access Control to support our growing AMC and Project Operations across Pan India. We are looking for technically skilled and motivated specialists with hands-on experience in CCTV installation, networking, and electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot CCTV Cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and Access Control Systems (ACS).
Perform installation and configuration of IP-based surveillance systems.
Execute structured cabling, cable laying, cable termination, rack installation, and panel dressing.
Perform RJ-45 crimping, network switch installation, and IP address configuration.
Carry out Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) splicing and assist in OTDR testing and troubleshooting.
Configure and support Video Management Systems (VMS), preferably Genetec.
Diagnose and resolve CCTV, networking, and access control system issues.




Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
Ensure work is completed as per project quality standards and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with Project Engineers and submit installation, maintenance, and service reports.

Eligibility Criteria
10th Pass with ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or a related technical trade, or:
12th Pass with relevant technical experience.
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Networking, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
Experience in CCTV, Networking, Access Control, or ELV Systems is preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
