We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify current business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential MSME clients and understand their business requirements.
Promote Cosmo Connect's services, including e-commerce management, GeM portal solutions, digital marketing, website development, and AI services.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Required Skills:




Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up strategies.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, GeM portal, or digital marketing is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior experience in selling services to MSMEs, startups, or e-commerce brands.
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, GeM Portal, digital marketing, or business consulting services will be an added advantage.
