We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead projects end-to-end, from concept to execution. This role requires strong design thinking, technical clarity, and the ability to manage teams and timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept development to site execution to completion
Translate client requirements into thoughtful, practical design solutions
Prepare and review drawings, working details, and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution
Conduct regular site visits and resolve in office challenges
Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
Guide and mentor junior architects and team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture
Solid design sensibility with attention to detail
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant 3D and rendering design tools
Working knowledge of construction techniques and materials
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills
