Position Over-View:
We are seeking a energetic and personable Relationship Associate/ Admission Counselor to be the first point of contact for parents and prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:
Parent & Prospect Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and prospective students.
Greet, guide, and inform visitors during school tours and open houses.
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians.
Admissions Support
Provide accurate information on programs, curriculum, fees, and policies.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with academic, administration, and accounts teams to address parent queries.
Maintain explicit communication between parents and school departments to ensure smooth operations.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Management
Address concerns or complaints from parents promptly and professionally.




Escalate issues to appropriate authorities when necessary while maintaining positive parent relationships.
Record-Keeping & Reporting
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and parent interactions.
Assist in generating reports on admissions trends and parent feedback.
Communication & Relationship Building
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Promote the school’s values and programs effectively.
Act as a brand ambassador of the school in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in customer service, sales, or education is a plus.
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9am to 6pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
