Responsibilities
1: Review and analyse ED clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
2:Evaluate cases against admission criteria for inpatient facility approvals
Requirements:
B.Pharma Garduate (preferred)
1+year of hospital experience(preferred)
Robust knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation review
Understanding of admission criteria and clinical workflows
5 days working(Sat-Sun Off)
Night Shift/Rotational shifts(9:00PM to 6:00AM)
