Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and orientation.
Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and facilitating feedback sessions.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management to drive data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources or related field.
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Robust analytical skills with attention to detail
