Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and present property features and advantages to potential buyers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
Negotiate sales agreements and guide clients through the transaction process.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote property listings.
Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with real estate regulations and company policies.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar sales role.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.




Good knowledge of the real estate market and property investment strategies.

Preferred Skills
Excellent presentation and closing skills.
Strong networking ability.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
Experience in residential or commercial property markets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (preferred)

Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
