ITI certification in Electronics / Electrician / Mechanical or a related trade.
Robust, demonstrable hands-on experience in through-hole and SMD soldering.
Working knowledge of PCB rework and desoldering techniques and tools.
Basic computer literacy - comfortable with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of mechanical fitting, hand tools, and assembly processes.
Ability to read simple circuit diagrams, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
Positive communication skills for coordinating with vendors and team members.
Honesty and reliability in handling inventory, stock, and purchase-related work.
