About the role:
Your responsibilities:
Lead the development of a best-in-class controls workplace and testing approach, supporting the Internal Controls Director in building a strong control function and advising operations on control effectiveness.
Support the GBS Finance & Controllership function by enacting, testing and reporting on standard process controls.
Input into elements of internal improvements such as process or standardisation activities and internal control activities.
Be an effective business partner within the GBS, IBM to implement and maintain a set of effective and productive Internal Controls throughout the operations and services provided.
