Roles & Responsibilities
Nursing Administration:
Supervise and manage all nursing staff in the hospital.
Ensure proper nursing care and patient safety.
Maintain nursing discipline and qualified standards.
Staff Management:
Prepare duty rosters and allocate nursing staff to departments.
Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct of nurses.
Identify training needs and arrange nursing education programs.
Patient Care Management:
Ensure quality nursing care for all patients.
Monitor infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
Handle patient complaints related to nursing services.
Coordination:
Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments.
Ensure smooth functioning of wards, ICU, OT, and emergency units.
Policy Implementation:




Implement hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.
Ensure proper documentation and nursing records.
Inventory & Equipment:
Monitor nursing supplies, medicines, and equipment availability.
Coordinate with pharmacy and stores for required materials.
Reporting:
Submit regular reports to management regarding nursing operations.
Report incidents, shortages, or disciplinary issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
