Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager responsible for handling end-to-end marketing, including influencer collaborations, social media growth, and paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google, telecalling if required.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Manage budgets, creatives, targeting, and scaling strategies
Track performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions





Influencer Marketing
Identify and collaborate with gaming influencers & creators
Manage outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution
Track ROI and performance of influencer campaigns

Social Media Marketing
Plan and execute content strategy for Instagram & YouTube
Manage posts, reels, and engagement
Write high-converting captions, hooks, and content ideas

Growth & Strategy
Develop marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
Improve conversion rates and optimize funnels
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve
Stay updated with trends in gaming, memes, and digital marketing

Qualifications
Experience in performance marketing & paid ads
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Robust understanding of social media growth & content strategy
Creative + analytical mindset
Good communication and execution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmen
