Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and profitability for the Prime LAP, Mortgage, and other relevant product portfolios within the assigned region
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business expansion goals
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase fee-based income and optimize net spread
Expand the business through the development and management of a solid DSA (Direct Sales Agent) network
Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer needs to develop creative sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer experience
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
Experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives
Strong understanding of the Prime LAP, Mortgage, and other relevant product portfolios, as well as the ability to drive profitability and fee-based income
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build robust relationships with key stakeholders
