Job description: Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern

Location: Chandigarh
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview performance and skill assessment)
Full time Chance: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (OTE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern who is eager to learn and develop expertise in international sales, lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and sales process management.





High-performing interns may be considered for a full time Business Development Executive position upon successful completion of the internship.

Work Schedule & Flexibility
Standard working hours:10:30 AM - 8:00 PM IST.
The role may require flexibility based on client meetings and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through Upwork, freelance marketplaces, referrals, and other business development channels.
Review project opportunities, analyze client requirements, and prepare tailored proposals to maximize conversion opportunities.
Attend client meetings, discovery calls, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand project objectives, business goals, and expectations.
Prepare detailed requirement briefs, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), Scope of Work (SOW) documents, project estimates, timelines, and solution summaries in coordination with internal teams.
