Job Role Description:
Focus of Role: Independent project execution and optimization

Job Role Responsibilities:
Lead and execute small to medium‑scale control system projects, ensuring scope, schedule,



and quality objectives are met
Analyze process operating data to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot performance gaps, and recommend data‑driven optimization solutions
Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, process engineering, and IT teams to align control strategies with business and operational goals
Develop, validate, and deploy DMC controllers and real‑time optimization (RTO) models for complex processing units
Lead plant‑testing activities, including step‑testing, energetic model identification, controller tuning, and commissioning
Optimize process performance through constraint management, economic objective functions, and advanced optimization methods
Interface with operating personnel to monitor controller performance, address operational concerns, and drive operator engagement and acceptance
Utilize project‑management methodologies to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and c
