Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.:
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.:
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients.:
Managing offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.:
Building and maintaining a solid talent pipeline.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.:
Valuable knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.:
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.:
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.:
Immediate joiners will be given preference.:
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
