Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor quality of work and maintain safety standards at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and labour teams.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Manage material requirements and ensure proper utilization.
Resolve in office issues and ensure smooth execution of construction work.
Inspect work regularly to maintain quality and compliance with company standards.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Salary: Best as per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
