Job Summary
Responsibilities
Coordinate with courier partners and warehouses for shipment pickups and deliveries.
Visit vendor and logistics partner locations for operational follow-ups.
Resolve shipment-related issues and complete required documentation.
Submit daily field activity updates to the reporting manager.
Support the operations team with assigned field tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, logistics, courier, or delivery.
Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.:
Comfortable traveling across Delhi/NCR.
Good communication and coordination skills.
