Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert enquiries into sales.
Update customer information, sales activities, and follow-up status in CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Experience in inside sales and of manufacturing or a related field.
Skills: Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Software Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
