Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM software.
Answer customer inquiries regarding properties, payment plans, and project details.
Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaign responses.
Coordinate with sales executives and relationship managers to ensure smooth customer handover.
Collect customer feedback and report market trends or competitor information to management.
