Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities across corporate, retail, and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
Generate leads independently and convert them into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Manage CRM, lead databases, and business communication records.
Support export and international sales initiatives.
Represent the company professionally while promoting Kheoni's sustainability mission.




Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation platforms is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Robust ownership mindset with a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.
Previous experience in corporate sales, retail, hospitality, skincare, healthcare, exports, or global sales is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
