Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate clinical documentation, workflows, and healthcare processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Analyze clinical quality metrics, performance indicators, and operational data for continuous quality improvement
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to implement best practices and quality enhancement initiatives
Prepare audit reports, compliance summaries, and performance presentations for internal and client stakeholders
Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and documentation standards
Support process improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and patient care quality
Provide recommendations and corrective action plans based on audit findings and quality reviews
Participate in quality assurance meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home health regulations, clinical compliance standards, and healthcare quality frameworks

Required Qualifications
B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing:
NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination) certification is mandatory:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinical quality, healthcare operations, medical auditing and clinical documentation review.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and healthcare compliance standards
Experience in US Home Health, Healthcare BPO, Clinical QA, or Medical Review processes preferred
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
Solid analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, quality-driven setting

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
