Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to the US to check claim status
Handling insurance denials and verifying patient eligibility
Following up with insurance companies
Meeting set productivity and quality benchmarks
Work Schedule & Facilities
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Shift Timing: Evening 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Facilities Provided: Cab & meals
Salary Structure
Freshers: ₹20,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to ₹23,500 CTC
Graduates in any discipline
(Excluding B.Tech current year, B.Pharmacy, MBA - pursuing or 2026 batch)
Solid verbal and written English communication
Willingness to work in night shifts
Good analytical, listening, and computer skillS
