Habitroo is looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Accountant Trainee to join our team. As a design and build firm handling both consultancy and turnkey interior projects, our finances are energetic. You will work directly with our senior management/accountant to learn the ropes of project-based accounting, payroll, and day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily data entry, including raising client invoices and recording vendor bills.
Help track site-specific expenses (materials, labor, civil work) for ongoing turnkey projects.
Maintain organized records for office overheads (rent, utilities) and assist with basic payroll data tracking for employee salaries.
Support the reconciliation of bank statements and vendor ledgers.
Assist in organizing data for monthly GST and TDS filings.

What We Are Looking For:




Recent graduate or final-year student in B.Com, M.Com, or a related financial field.
Clear understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software like Zoho Books or Tally is a major plus.
High attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn how accounting works in the interior/architecture industry.
