Job Description:
The role requires solid communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to drive business growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable loan solutions.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, loan sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
