About the Role

WEVOW is a fast-growing manufacturer of Indian ethnic wear specializing in designer blouses, sarees, and handcrafted garments. We are looking for a talented Senior Fashion Designer with strong expertise in blouse design and garment production.

Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design premium blouses and ethnic wear collections
Develop new design concepts based on fashion trends
Prepare sketches, measurement sheets, and technical specifications
Create and modify garment patterns
Coordinate with Pattern Master, Cutting Master, and production team
Supervise sample development and bulk production
Select fabrics, trims, and embroidery placements
Ensure fitting, quality, and finishing standards
Monitor production timelines and resolve technical issues




Work closely with merchandising and management teams
Maintain consistency in design quality and production efficiency

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in blouse and ethnic wear designing
Hands-on experience in blouse design is mandatory:
Robust knowledge of garment construction, fitting, pattern making, and production
Positive understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and finishing techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Honest, responsible, hardworking, and committed to long-term growth
Ability to handle production independently
