Divine Landcraft LLP is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. If you have solid communication skills and a passion for helping clients find the right property, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth deal closures.
Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and qualified.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
