Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Support management in updating and improving HR processes.

Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and separation processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.

HR Operations
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain HRMIS and employee databases.
Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for employee-related matters.
Address employee queries and provide HR support as required.

Reporting & Coordination




Prepare recruitment and HR reports for management review.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Assist in performance management and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in the Education Industry will be preferred.

Skills Required
Solid recruitment and interviewing skills.
Experience in drafting and implementing HR policies.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and company standards.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
