Position Summary

The Manager - Retail Sales & Operations shall be responsible for driving the complete operational, commercial, customer experience, training, productivity and profitability performance of all Ramalaya Centres.



The role shall function as the central command centre for retail operations and shall be accountable for maximizing sales, improving conversion ratios, increasing average bill value, strengthening customer experience, developing sales teams, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous innovation across the retail network.

Key Objective of the Role

To ensure that every Ramalaya Centre functions as a high-performing retail experience destination delivering solid sales growth, exceptional customer experience, consistent brand presentation, high conversion ratio, higher average bill value, repeat customer generation, robust storytelling capability, operational excellence, inventory accuracy, team productivity and store profitability.
