Job Summary:
NetApp is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and enhance global business processes across the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle. This role bridges business stakeholders and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
The BSA will leverage robust functional expertise in Q2C processes along with technical capabilities to define system requirements, drive end-to-end process improvements, and ensure seamless integration across upstream (CRM/CPQ)



and downstream (Finance/AR/Revenue) systems. The role requires hands-on involvement in solution design, system configuration, testing, and production support while ensuring high-quality delivery and business alignment.

Job Requirements:
1. Functional & Process Expertise
Solid understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle: Quote Order Pricing Fulfillment Billing Revenue Cash
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud modules: Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, AR, Revenue Management
Understanding of CRM/CPQ integration and downstream financial processes
Ability to design scalable and versatile business processes
2. Oracle Cloud & Configuration
Hands-on configuration in:
Order Management (order orchestration, fulfillment, holds, change management)
Pricing Cloud (price lists, modifiers, discounting, pricing strategies)
Subscription Management (billing cycle
