Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Desktop Support
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and computer hardware.
Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Assemble and configure recent computer systems.

Software Support
Resolve software-related issues and user queries.
Perform software updates, patches, and antivirus installations.
Maintain software licenses and ensure compliance.

Technical Support
Provide first-level technical support to employees.
Resolve IT-related issues through remote and in office assistance.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel when required.
Maintain IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Networking
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.




Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Assist in setting up and maintaining office networking infrastructure.
Support internet connectivity and network device configuration.

Information Security
Ensure endpoint systems are protected with antivirus and security updates.
Support implementation of basic IT security policies and procedures.
Maintain user access permissions and password management.
Assist in safeguarding company data and IT assets.

CCTV, Camera & DVR Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
Monitor CCTV system health and coordinate repairs when required.
Maintain recordings and support surveillance infrastructure.

Multimedia Support
Set up projectors, conference room equipment, audio/video systems, and presentation devices.
Test multimedia equipment before meetings and training sessions.
