Hands-on experience in architectural design, drafting, detailing, and project execution.
Capable of managing multiple ongoing projects and meeting deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and other team members to uphold the integrity of the design.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of design and construction, including space planning, lighting, color schemes, materials, and furnishings,
Robust knowledge of architectural design, construction procedures, building materials, and regulatory standards.
Ensuring all plans comply with local building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Excellent drawing and visualization skills (both hand-drawing and 3D modeling).
Experienced in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
