Key Responsibilities
Outlet Design & Planning:
Design layouts for recent café outlets as per brand guidelines.
Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D designs.
Ensure proper space utilization for kitchen, service counter, and seating area.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Monitor construction work and ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site visits and supervise work progress.
Brand Standard Implementation:
Ensure all outlets follow the standard interior and exterior design of the brand.
Maintain uniformity in café design across all locations.
Approvals & Compliance:
Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities when required.
Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, fire norms, and municipal guidelines.
Cost & Material Management:
Estimate project costs and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
Suggest cost-effective materials without compromising design quality.
Renovation & Maintenance:
Plan renovation and improvement of existing outlets.
Identify structural or design improvements for operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
