We are seeking a Content Enablement Authoring & Taxonomy Solution Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help shape and deliver creative Content Enablement Authoring & Taxonomy products for Novartis International business teams.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement product Authoring & Taxonomy solutions across the content lifecycle.
Lead end-to-end delivery of Anthill Activator capabilities (Modular Content, RTE, iCVA, taxonomy and content distribution configurations).
Drive program and project execution ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget adherence.



Coordinate across cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with novartis standards and governance processes. Drive Agile/DevOps delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively. Support vendor management and contract execution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements. Govern Anthill Activator platform configurations, workflows, forms, templates, permission models, and taxonomy structures.
Provide delivery status, reporting, and insights to leadership. Lead release planning, change management, and setting management activities. Oversee platform health, stability, and operational excellence.

Essential Requirement:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or relate
