At Bonobology / Beyond Small Talk, we are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone starting out and looking to build solid client-facing skills in a fast-growing, premium brand workplace.
What you’ll do:
Understand client requirements and respond with clarity and warmth
Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth execution
Maintain client records and follow-ups
Support basic content/design needs using Canva
What we’re looking for:
Solid English communication skills (spoken and written)
Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
Basic Canva knowledge
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
