Site Location: Delhi - Amritsar National Highway (In office)
Role & responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Oversee end-to-end architectural execution at the project site.
Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and daily site progress.
Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively
Design & Site Coordination
Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
Review and implement architectural drawings and design revisions.
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with architectural standards and safety regulations.
Conduct quality checks and maintain execution standards.
Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project drawings, BOQs, approvals and site documentation.
Prepare weekly project progress reports.
Track design changes and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
3 - 5 years of experience in commercial or retail projects.
Experience in in office project execution and consultant coordination.
Willingness to work full time in office at the project location.
