We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives for a leading beauty brand based in Mumbai (Work from Office).
Role Includes:
Order Confirmation Calls
Customer Feedback Calls
Delivery & RTO Follow-ups
Customer Relationship & Retention Activities
Requirements:
Excellent English communication (mandatory)
Must know at least 2 of these regional languages: Tamil | Telugu | Kannada | Malayalam
2+ years of experience preferred
Freshers with exceptional beauty/skincare knowledge are welcome to apply
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Only immediate joiners will be considered
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
