Execute chemical production processes according to approved procedures and production schedules.
Monitor reaction parameters, process conditions, and equipment performance.
Prepare and verify raw materials before production.
Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
Perform in-process quality checks and coordinate with the Quality Control department for testing.
Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions.
Minimize production losses and improve process efficiency.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report shortages.




Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Participate in process validation, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Train production operators on process requirements and safety practices when required.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Report production status, deviations, and incidents to the Production Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
