We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for a fresher with at least one internship experience in UX/UI design who is eager to build user-centric digital experiences and grow in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design feasibility
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve user journeys
Maintain consistency with design guidelines and brand standards
Document design processes, user flows, and specifications for development handoff
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and basic usability testing
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively
A robust portfolio showcasing academic or internship projects
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Minimum one completed internship in UX/UI or interaction design
Must be able to relocate or commute to Kothrud, Pune before joining
