Role Overview

We are hiring experienced ASM / ZSM / RSM professionals to drive school sales and business growth across Coimbatore and surrounding markets. Designation will depend on experience and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development across the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Coordinators, and decision-makers.
Promote K-12 educational books, AI, Robotics, STEM, and academic solutions.
Develop new school accounts and grow existing business.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Plan territory-wise sales strategies and monitor sales performance.
Conduct school meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.




Track market trends, competitors, sales activities, and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order closure, and coordination with internal teams.
Travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in K-12 Educational Book Sales is mandatory.:
Experience in Educational Publishing / School Sales preferred.
Solid network with schools and educational institutions.
Proven sales and team-management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
