Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations.
Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time order completion.
Manage manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production SOPs.
Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Monitor productivity, minimize wastage, and implement process improvements.
Prepare production reports and track performance against targets.
